Welcome to SAGRADO ("we," "us," or "our"). SAGRADO is operated as a sole proprietorship under DBA I&CS Services, located in Houston, Texas. By accessing or using our website, purchasing our products, or placing custom orders, you ("Customer," "User," or "you") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this website or purchase our products.
1. Sales & Geographical Eligibility
U.S. Only: We strictly sell and ship products exclusively within the United States. We do not process orders or ship items internationally. Orders placed with international shipping addresses will be canceled and refunded.
Sales Tax: All purchases made through SAGRADO are subject to applicable state and local sales taxes. Orders shipped within or processed in Texas will include the standard 8.25% Texas State and Local Sales Tax rate applied at checkout.
2. Artisanal Product Nature & Batch Variations
Handcrafted Variation: All products sold by SAGRADO—including our handcrafted natural incense cones, mystical candles, mini-copaleros, and custom botanical mixtures—are individually handmade using natural ingredients and raw botanicals.
Disclaimers on Appearance & Aroma: Due to the artisanal nature of our products, reasonable variations in color, texture, shape, weight, and scent between batches are normal and expected. These variations do not constitute a defect or grounds for a non-defective return.
3. Custom Blend Orders & Production Finality
Finality Period: Orders requesting custom botanical or essential oil blends require a 7 to 10 business day production period.
Order Modifications: Custom blend selections, recipe ingredients, and order details are deemed final and non-changeable once the order is submitted. No modifications, ingredient swaps, or cancellations can be processed after payment is completed.
4. Safety Disclaimers & Assumption of Risk
Incense & Candle Safety: You agree to use all SAGRADO products in accordance with standard burn safety procedures:
Always burn incense cones and candles on heat-resistant, non-flammable surfaces or in designated burners (such as mini-copaleros).
Keep burning products away from drafty areas, ceiling fans, curtains, paper, or flammable materials.
Keep burning products strictly out of reach of children and pets.
NEVER leave burning candles, incense, or hot ash unattended.
Limitation of Liability: SAGRADO and its owner(s) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, property damage, fire, injury, or loss resulting from improper handling, misuse, or failure to follow safety guidelines when using our products.
5. Botanical, Wellness & Health Disclaimer
Non-Medical Statement: SAGRADO products—including raw botanicals, organic essential oils, herbal blends, and candles—are intended solely for spiritual, ritual, and aromatic use.
No Medical Claims: Products sold on this website are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, physical illness, or mental health disorder. None of the statements on this site have been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Always consult a qualified medical professional for health-related concerns or allergies.
6. Payment Processing
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Venmo, and Cash App. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.
Order Fulfillment: Orders will only be processed and scheduled for shipping or custom crafting after full payment is confirmed by our payment processors.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership: All content on this website—including but not limited to the SAGRADO brand name, logos, original recipes, product descriptions, photography, graphics, page layouts, and artwork—is the exclusive intellectual property of the business owner.
Restrictions: Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, copying, selling, reselling, or commercial exploitation of any portion of SAGRADO's brand assets or proprietary blend formulas without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Jurisdiction: These Terms and all transactions conducted through SAGRADO shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute, legal claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of this site or purchase of products shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas. You hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in Harris County, Texas.
